Rental Policies
- Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
- Check-in time is Saturday 3:00pm to to 5:00pm. Please call us if you
cannot make it before 5:00pm.
- Check-out time is Saturday NO LATER than 10:00am.
- One half of the weekly rental price is required at the time of booking. The balance, including security deposit, a 7% Maine state tax, and an administration fee of 5% is required four (4) weeks prior to occupancy.
- Each house has a set security deposit that will be returned after the house has been checked out and long distance phone bills have been tallied.
- All rentals are subject to price change, owner withdrawal, and a 7% Maine state tax.
- Cancellation monies are refunded ONLY if we are able to totally rebook your reserved week(s).
- Each house has a strict limited occupancy due to private water and septic systems. These numbers cannot be exceeded. Each individual counts as one person, regardless of age.
- We accept cash, checks and traveler's checks. We do not accept credit cards.
- Directions:
- From Cook's Corner (the shopping area in Brunswick Maine), take Rt. 24 South 15 1/2 miles. You will pass through Great Island, Orrs Island and then go over the famous Crib Stone Bridge to Bailey Island. After the 15 1/2 miles, and after the Bailey Island General Store, we will be the 3rd & 4th Driveway on the left. Look for our Sign and the Red Canopy.
