This classic Maine cottage sits in a quiet neighborhood near Stover's Point in Harpswell. Inside this charming little home is a long open floor concept full of windows to enjoy the view of Stover's Cove. The deck is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the colors of the sunrise or maybe sip on an evening cocktail while gazing out into the ocean. Conveniently located 100 feet away is a boat launch and Stover's Point Beach is just around the corner.

Inside this delightful, cheery cottage the main level sits up high and includes a bedroom with two twin beds, a bathroom with a stand up shower, living room, two dining room areas, and a galley style kitchen. All with an open concept and lots of water views. There is a lovely ground-level bedroom with outdoor access, a bedroom with a king size bed, a second living area, a bathroom complete with tub and shower and a washer & dryer. Both levels have a gas fireplace. Included is a separate building, just steps from the cottage, with an additional bedroom that has two twin beds. You can push the beds together to make a king. Please note you will have to go to the cottage for a bathroom.
