Outside you will see an impressive architecturally designed bridge overlooking a freshwater pond that leads down to the rocky shore front. This allows you to watch the lobster boats haul their traps right in front of you while you enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic. There is also a short path in the woods to a tidal area where you can explore the rocks and look for sea creatures. With that being said, let us tell you how this home has it all!

Faulkner is a wonderful three story home with beautiful open living spaces. The first one being the fully finished basement. This basement offers a large living space with a fireplace, wet-bar (sink, refrigerator, dishwasher) a large smartv with a DVD player and Wii, as well as a full bathroom to boot. It is the perfect spot for both kids and adults. Upstairs on the main level there is a spacious kitchen that is equipped for all of your cooking and entertaining needs. The large dining room has a beautiful table that seats 8 people. There is a cozy living room that has a fireplace with views out to the large deck and open ocean. There is also a den, with a full bathroom, on the main level that has a television and a comfortable pull-out sofa for anyone needing first-floor sleeping accommodations. There is another half bath and laundry room on the main level as well. Moving upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king size bed that faces it's own french doors and windows looking right out to the water. The french doors allow you to walk onto the upper deck from the bedroom and enjoy an early morning sunrise. The primary bathroom is a full bath with a stand-up shower and has its own Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom also has a king size bed with french doors that again allows you to walk onto the same deck as the primary. The third bedroom has a king sized bed as well with big windows and beautiful ocean views. The fourth bedroom is decorated with a Maine moose theme and has two twin beds. There is also another full bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub. With all of these amenities this house has to offer how can you go wrong?
