Welcome to Island Time!

This sprawling home has plenty of space for everyone. Let's begin with the basement shall we? Walking straight down the stairs you will first enter the spacious billiard room complete with pool sticks and pub tables to sit and watch your family and friends play pool. If you go to the left you enter the large bar and sitting area. This room also has a poker table for some extra gaming. Continuing through this room to the left you will see a door leading into your own private theater room complete with 6 leather reclining chairs to watch any movie on the big screen.

Let's head back to the main floor. When walking into Island Time from the road you will enter a little hallway leading up two steps into the large dining room. This dining room seats 8 people comfortably. Moving straight through the dining room you will find a lovely living area complete with plenty of comfortable seating. The living area also has a large stone gas fireplace as well as a large TV with cable. When walking through the living area Now off of the dining room, as well as the living area, you have access to the backyard and deck. These spots allow for you to enjoy all of the westerly views Maine has to offer.

As you ascend the stairs from the main floor you will come to find two spacious bedrooms each complete with a queen-size bed and sitting areas both looking southwesterly. There is also a half bathroom located at the top of the stairs.

This house truly has something for everyone, and is perfect for family and friends!
