Welcome to Island Time!

Upon arrival you will walk into the side door to the left of the driveway. Once inside you will walk through a hallway leading up into a large dining room. This dining room seats 8 people comfortably. Moving straight through the dining room you will find a lovely living area complete with plenty of comfortable seating. The living area also has a large stone gas fireplace (not for tenants use) as well as a large TV with cable. When walking through the living area you will notice a galley style kitchen and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Off of the dining/ living area, you have access to the backyard and deck. These spots allow for you to enjoy all of the westerly views Maine has to offer.
Heading up the stairs off of the large dining area you will find that this floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with two twin size beds. There is also a full size bathroom with a stand up shower, a quiet sitting area with a TV and views of the ocean, a laundry room, access to the garage and a fully finished basement complete with a library, bar, pool table and movie theatre!

Located on the third level of the house are two large bedrooms both with a queen size bed and sitting area overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a half bathroom located at the top of the stairs.

This house truly has something for everyone, and is perfect for family and friends!
