Welcome to Lee' Seascape!



Perched dramatically above Little Harbor on a quiet dead-end road, Lee's Seascape is a classic Maine seaside cottage that delivers all the beauty, peace, and ocean magic you’re hoping for. With its incredible wraparound porch overlooking rugged coastline, sparkling water, and unforgettable sunrises, this cliffside retreat invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and savor Maine in all its natural glory. This charming cottage offers ease, comfort, and accessibility, making it a welcoming choice for all guests. The bright, well-appointed kitchen features updated appliances and plenty of space for preparing family meals after a day by the ocean. On the first floor, you’ll find two full bathrooms, one with a stand-up shower and the other with a traditional bathtub, providing convenience for groups of all ages.



Two first-floor bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements:

A spacious room with both a queen bed and a twin bed

A serene bedroom with a king-size bed



Continue into the heart of the home to discover the expansive living and dining area, where cathedral ceilings, a large stone fireplace, and broad windows frame breathtaking views of the harbor below. Whether you’re gathered for meals, relaxing with a book, watching a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply gazing out at the sweeping coastal scenery, this space is designed to bring people together.



Upstairs, a generous third bedroom provides extra sleeping space, furnished with a full-size bed and two twin beds, making it ideal for families or kids who want their own cozy hideaway.



Additional amenities include wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and a large sloping yard perfect for outdoor games or quiet moments under the pines. Soak in the coastal breeze from the covered porch or take a short walk down the right-of-way path to the pebbly beach at Little Harbor, an ideal spot for swimming, wading, or launching a kayak into the calm waters.

For those chilly evenings, the fireplace is available for renter use, and firewood is provided. Perfect for ending the day with warmth and ambiance.

From the owners:

Our “Seascape” cottage was built in 1911 by the Gibson family. The Lee family bought it in 1969 and 4 generations of Lee's have been enjoying it ever since! Even with a past hurricane, Bob, passing directly overhead in 1991, the house has held up well over the years. While originally having two small bedrooms and one bath, the first floor was expanded to its current configuration with a lot more room in the bedrooms plus a second, much larger bath/laundry room. The views are always a peaceful contribution to all visitors, and we enjoy welcoming others every year!
