The dining area sits in the perfect spot with windows to take in the sunsets over Mount Washington. A full-size bed is located on the main floor off of the dining/living area. The bedroom has its own private entrance to the full bathroom with a standup shower. Feeling like you want to share your little piece of heaven? There is a futon in the loft area for any extra guests. Enjoy the great amenities this cottage has to offer such as a laundry on-site, a dock, pebbly beach, hammock, and many more.

Welcome to Nautical Nest! The front door to this cottage is on the right side of the house when pulling into the lot.

A pebbly beach is shared between the cottages.

The owner's dock, which they allow tenants to use.

The dock is also common space and shared between the three cottages.

Walking into the cottage you will notice a dining room table for 4 with ocean views.
