Welcome to Parciak Cottage!

Centrally located on Bailey Island at the end of Steamboat Road, Parciak Cottage is settled on a pebbly beach just steps away from it's own deck complete with beautiful southwest sunset views. Feel free to sit on the chairs provided as you sip on your morning coffee or nightly glass of wine. Watch the lobstermen haul their traps or the seals play out front. With all the living space on one floor, this cottage is great for anyone who isn't wanting or able to do stairs. As you walk in you will find the living area that opens up to the kitchen. Enjoy views from both spots. You'll find a comfortable loveseat and two chairs for you to sit and watch the sunset while in the living room. Eat-in at night courtesy of the updated galley style kitchen that boasts a full-size gas stove and refrigerator. There is also a small table with enough seating for two. As you walk down the hallway to the bedroom you will find a full bathroom with a standup shower. Once you make it to the bedroom there is ample closet space and a queen size bed with a nice window to see the ocean from. Come stay at Parciak Cottage for a cute little romantic get away...you won't regret it!
