Tucked away on one of Bailey Island's premier locations overlooking Casco Bay, this gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath gem has everything you’ll need for a dream vacation.
Best of all, right outside, there’s access to a private beach shared with only a few other houses. Swimming, tide pooling, fishing off the rocks, relaxing by the water, watching boats on the open Atlantic, you can do it all! Have a kayak? Bring it, and you can launch right from the beach!
Inside the house, on the main level, there’s a welcoming eat-in kitchen, a sunroom/breakfast nook with access to a large deck, and a spacious living area that includes a dining table. All have clear views of the water. Also on the main level is the primary bedroom with a queen size bed, and a half bathroom with a washer and dryer.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, both with queen size beds. Also on this level, there’s a large, bright living area with a Roku TV and fabulous views, another sunroom overlooking the ocean, and a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The house is close to multiple restaurants, fishing spots, and hiking trails.
