This 3 bedroom, 2 bath year-round home has plenty of room as well as a large back deck with sensational ocean views. From the deck, you can enjoy a morning coffee while watching the Maine lobster boats bring in their daily catch or just listen to the sound of the ocean waves over Harpswell Sound. In the back of the house just off the deck there are steps that lead down to the rocky shoreline. Although you can't get into the water from this location, the steps allow you to get an even closer look at the Atlantic Ocean.

Goldsmith House is well maintained and fully equipped. Walk into the well-appointed kitchen to prepare a meal and enjoy it in the dining area (or the picnic table on the deck) surrounded by sliding glass doors with views of Harpswell Sound. Cozy up in the living room by the gas fireplace and enjoy the water views. There is a bedroom off of the living room as well as a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed with open ocean views. The additional bedroom has two twin beds and views of the water as well. The deck offers wonderful outdoor furniture, perfect for a cocktail at sunset or a book while basking in the sun and taking in the salty sea air. This home is tucked away on a quiet road yet centrally located on Bailey Island for great walking options.

Parking is limited. There is a space in front of the garage and additional space in front of the house. The studio apartment may be available for an additional $750.
